Feel Better - Try Stampin' on Tuesday #264

It was snowing today- yes snowing!! And I was feeling under the weather, thus the card I made for Try Stampin' on Tuesday.  The theme for the sketch was to be "April showers", but sad showers are showers as well.

On a 3 by 2 1/2" piece of Whisper White cardstock, I built some clouds using the Tree Builder punch.  One cloud is punched using Timeless Elegance DSP; the other two Basic Gray.
The lines of rain drops on the end were drawn using a ruler and a small nibbed black pen.
This piece of Whisper White was matted with Smoky Slate cardstock.

The basic card is Smoky Slate, layered with Basic Gray.  The striped DSP (retired) was added to the card front at an angle.  A piece of Marina Mist ribbon was added to the DSP and a bow tied and added to the right end.

The image piece was added to the front using tombo. I then added some Dazzling Details using a blender pen - added to the cloud outlines and the rain drops.

The sentiment is from "Sassy Salutations
