The base of this card is Tempting Turquoise, layered with Tempting Turquoise DSP. The art piece shows a large "Happy Birthday" sentiment. This was accomplished by highlighting each word with a Basic Black marker and stamping each word at a time (the original stamp is one united word).
Three Tempting Turquoise balloons punched with the Balloon Builder punch were adhered to the upper left, and flowers added to the lower right.
