Peace be With You - Try Stampin' on Tuesday or Not #236

The challenge with Try Stampin' on Tuesday is a sketch challenge plus a card fold challenge.  The challenge is to make a Gatefold card using the sketch.
For some reason I had a poinsettia flower in my mind all day, so using the Festive Flower Builder punch and the stamp set "Reason for the Season" this is what I made for this gatefold card.

  • This gatefold card has a Real Red base.  Each of the front panels is matted with Very Vanilla, and Home for Christmas DSP (music).  All edges were sponged with Cherry Cobbler ink.
  • The image panel is Very Vanilla, matted with Real Red.  At the lower end is a small horizontal Wild Wasabi panel  which is embossed with the Starburst Embossing folder (retired).  The panel is sponged with Old Olive ink.  In the center of that is a small rhinestones
  • The Poinsettia flower was made using the Festive Flower Builder punch and Real Red cardstock.  The middle detail of each petal was stamped using the Reason for the Season stamp set in Cherry Cobbler ink.  The leaves with punched in Wild Wasabi, and the details stamped with Old Olive ink.  All the petals and leaves were folded in half to make the flower look more realistic.  The center of the flower is punched using Hello Honey cardstock.
  • The sentiment is from "Reason for the Season"
Here is the inside of the card.
